We believe every workplace should be equipped with the knowledge to respond to emergencies confidently and effectively.
Our Story
The inspiration for the invention of ReadyOnShift came from the realization that just having an awareness of the existence of an emergency plan does not equate to being knowledgeable about the actions one needs to take in case of a true emergency.
As high school students soon to be entering the work force, we aimed to provide younger workers with the knowledge of basic first aid procedures, as well as general emergency procedures such as knowing how to recognize a medical emergency and knowing what to do until help arrives by dialing 911.
Our objective is straightforward: we want to ensure that workers no longer have to face situations that require a response with hesitation, but rather that they know the actions to take. Because when seconds count, readiness shouldn't be optional.

Knowing what to do ahead of time can make all the difference. We concentrate on providing concrete information that enables workers to identify emergencies and respond accordingly.
Accessibility
Emergency preparedness training should be comprehensible to all people. Our materials are offered free of charge, flexible, and intended for young workers.
Empowerment
We need the workers to feel confident that they can take necessary actions rather than feel helpless when an emergency situation arises.
